C'est avec ce titre que j'ai découvert les Kinks en..........1964, les vieilles recettes marchent toujours et ces Gallois sont devenus incontournables dans l'histoire du Rock, et c'est largement justifié.
Il n'y avait pas que les Beatles et les Stones qui faisaient un tabac à l'époque, d'autres groupes tenaient le haut du pavé et outre les Kinks, on peut parler des Who, des Animals et autres Moody Blues sans oublier le Spencer Davis Group.
Pendant ce temps les Beachs Boys émergeaient de l'autre côté de l'Atlantique, eux aussi allaient atteidre une dimension planétaire.
Mais les Kinks avec un Rock basé sur des riffs répétitifs et des accords majeurs avaient l'adhésion d'une certaine jeunesse qui se sont lancés dans la gratte en les écoutant, c'est également l'un de mes très bons souvenirs de concert.
